1. Hesap Bilgileri
Hesap açmak isteğe bağlıdır; uygulama hesapsız da kullanılır (bu durumda cihazına anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği atanır). E-posta, telefon numarası veya Google ile kayıt olursan (Firebase Authentication) giriş bilgin ve profilinde girdiğin bilgiler — ad, soyad, yaş, adres ve istersen konumun — Firebase Firestore'da yalnızca senin hesabınla ilişkili olarak saklanır. Notların ve yer imlerin yalnızca kendi cihazında durur. Bu veriler başka kullanıcılarla paylaşılmaz.
2. Konum Bilgisi
Namaz vakitlerini hesaplamak için konumunu kullanırız; bu hesap cihazında yapılır ve bu amaçla konumun sunucuya gönderilmez. Kayıt veya profil ekranında "konumumu kullan"ı seçersen konumun ve şehrin profilinde (şifreli) saklanır. Ayrıca reklam hizmeti (Google AdMob), IP adresinden yaklaşık konum çıkarabilir.
3. Kullanım ve Hata Verileri
Uygulamayı iyileştirmek ve hataları düzeltmek için Firebase Analytics ve Firebase Crashlytics aracılığıyla uygulama içi etkileşimler, çökme raporları ve tanılama bilgileri toplanır. Bu hizmetler ve bildirimler (Firebase Cloud Messaging) cihazına özgü kimlikler (uygulama kurulum kimliği, bildirim belirteci) kullanır. Bu veriler Google tarafından işlenir.
4. Reklamlar
Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir (Premium üyelerde reklam yoktur). AdMob; reklam kimliği, yaklaşık konum, uygulama etkileşimleri ve tanılama bilgileri gibi verileri reklam sunmak, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için toplar ve Google ile paylaşır. Reklam kimliğini cihazının ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin. Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına policies.google.com/privacy adresinden ulaşabilirsin.
5. Yapay Zekâ Sohbeti (Burak)
İlmin Kapısı bölümünde Burak'a yazdığın sorular, cevabın üretilebilmesi için sunucumuz aracılığıyla üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcısına (Anthropic) gönderilir. Ad, telefon, adres gibi kişisel bilgilerini soru metnine yazma. Sorular ve cevaplar, yalnızca sen ilk kullanımda ya da sonradan AÇIKÇA İZİN VERİRSEN sunucularımızda, hesap kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmiş olarak saklanır. Amaç; hizmeti geliştirmek ve ileride kendi yapay zekâ modellerimizi eğitmektir. Din ile ilgili sorular hassas bilgi içerebildiği için izin vermezsen hiçbir soru metni saklanmaz ve Burak'ı aynı şekilde kullanırsın. Bu kayıtlar üçüncü kişilere satılmaz. İznini Burak ekranındaki menüden istediğin zaman kapatabilir, sunucudaki kayıtlarını yine oradan silebilirsin. Sohbet geçmişin ayrıca yalnızca kendi telefonunda saklanır ve oradan silinebilir. İzinden bağımsız olarak, hangi cevapların ne kadar maliyetli olduğunu ölçmek için metin içermeyen toplu sayılar (ör. günlük toplam token sayısı) tutulur.
6. Abonelik ve Satın Alma
Premium abonelik ödemeleri Google Play üzerinden yapılır; kart bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. Aboneliğini doğrulamak ve Premium'u açmak için Google Play'den satın alma belirtecini, planını ve bitiş tarihini alır, hesap kimliğinle ilişkilendirerek saklarız.
7. Verilerin Korunması ve Şifreleme
Verilerin sunucuya giderken şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS/TLS) aktarılır ve Google'ın sunucularında şifreli olarak saklanır. Buna ek olarak adın, e-posta adresin, telefon numaran, adresin, yaşın, konumun ve (izin verdiysen) Burak sohbet kayıtların sana özel bir anahtarla ayrıca şifrelenir; veritabanında bu alanlar okunamaz halde durur. Hesabını sildiğinde bu anahtar da silinir, böylece yedeklerde kalmış olabilecek kopyalar da çözülemez hale gelir.
8. Hesabının ve Verilerinin Silinmesi
Hesabını ve hesabınla ilişkili tüm verileri, Profil ekranındaki Hesap bölümünde "Hesabımı sil" ile istediğin an kalıcı olarak silebilirsin: profil bilgilerin, buluttaki ayarların ve ilerlemen, Burak sohbet kayıtların, üyelik kaydın ve giriş hesabın hemen silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan silme talebini iqraquranapp.com/hesap-silme sayfasından iletebilirsin. Premium aboneliğin hesap silinince kendiliğinden iptal olmaz; Google Play'den iptal etmelisin. Burak sohbet kayıtlarını hesabını silmeden de Burak ekranındaki menüden ("Sunucudaki kayıtlarımı sil") silebilirsin.
9. Geri Bildirim
"Bize Yazın" ekranından sorun, öneri, görüş veya şikayet gönderirsen mesajın; istersen e-posta adresin ve uygulama/cihaz sürümün; kullanıcı kimliğin ve gönderim zamanı sunucumuzda saklanır. Bunları yalnızca geri bildirimini değerlendirmek, sorunları gidermek ve sana dönüş yapmak için kullanırız; kimseyle paylaşmayız. Hesabını sildiğinde bunlar da silinir.

App Privacy Policy
1. Account Information
An account is optional; the app works without one (an anonymous user id is then assigned to your device). If you sign up with email, phone number or Google (Firebase Authentication), your sign-in details and what you enter in your profile — name, age, address and, if you choose, your location — are stored in Firebase Firestore, tied only to your account. Your notes and bookmarks stay on your device. This data is never shared with other users.
2. Location
We use your location to calculate prayer times; that happens on your device and your location is not sent to a server for it. If you choose "use my location" on the sign-up or profile screen, your location and city are stored (encrypted) in your profile. The ad service (Google AdMob) may also derive an approximate location from your IP address.
3. Usage and Crash Data
To improve the app and fix bugs, in-app interactions, crash reports and diagnostics are collected via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services and notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) use identifiers specific to your device (app installation id, notification token). This data is processed by Google.
4. Advertising
The app shows ads via Google AdMob (Premium members see no ads). AdMob collects and shares with Google data such as the advertising ID, approximate location, in-app interactions and diagnostics to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. You can read Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. AI Chat (Burak)
The questions you write to Burak in the İlmin Kapısı section are sent, through our server, to a third-party AI service provider (Anthropic) so an answer can be produced. Do not write personal information such as your name, phone number or address in a question. Questions and answers are stored on our servers, linked to your account id, ONLY if you EXPLICITLY GIVE PERMISSION — when you first use the chat or later. The purpose is to improve the service and, in the future, to train our own AI models. Because questions about religion can reveal sensitive information, if you do not give permission no question text is stored and you can use Burak in the same way. These records are not sold to third parties. You can turn the permission off at any time from the menu on the Burak screen and delete your records on the server from the same menu. Your chat history is also kept on your own phone only, and can be deleted there. Regardless of permission, aggregate figures without any text (for example the total number of tokens per day) are kept to measure what answers cost.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium subscription payments are made through Google Play; your card details never reach us. To verify your subscription and turn Premium on, we receive the purchase token, your plan and the end date from Google Play and store them linked to your account id.
7. Protection and Encryption
Your data travels to our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) and is stored encrypted on Google's servers. On top of that, your name, email address, phone number, address, age, location and (if you allowed it) your Burak chat records are encrypted again with a key unique to you, so those fields are unreadable in the database. Deleting your account deletes that key, so any copy left in a backup can no longer be decrypted.
8. Deleting Your Account and Data
You can permanently delete your account and all data tied to it at any time with "Delete my account" in the Account section of the Profile screen: your profile, your settings and progress in the cloud, your Burak chat records, your membership record and your sign-in account are deleted right away. If you can't reach the app, you can send a deletion request from iqraquranapp.com/hesap-silme. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription; cancel it in Google Play. You can also delete just your Burak chat records from the menu on the Burak screen ("Delete my records on the server").
9. Feedback
If you send a problem, suggestion, opinion or complaint from the "Write to Us" screen, your message — plus, if you choose, your email address and app/device version — your user id and the time are stored on our server. We use them only to handle your feedback, fix problems and reply to you, and never share them. Deleting your account deletes them too.
